Our services
Locks Around the Clock is a licensed California locksmith company (License #4407) providing residential, automotive, commercial, and safe locksmith services across the Coachella Valley, from our Palm Desert Storefront and a mobile team.
Estimates and pricing
Prices quoted by phone or online are estimates based on the information you provide. We confirm the price with you before we begin work. Final pricing can change if the actual job differs from what was described, and we will tell you before proceeding. You are responsible for payment for services performed as agreed.
Authorization and identification
By requesting service, you represent that you are the owner of the property, vehicle, or item, or that you are authorized to request locksmith work on it. We may ask for identification and proof of ownership or authorization before performing work such as a lockout, rekey, or key replacement, and we may decline service if we cannot reasonably verify it.
Scheduling and response times
Our mobile team is available 24 hours a day, but any arrival window we give is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, distance, and job volume can affect timing.
Warranties and limitation of liability
We perform our work in a professional manner consistent with our license. Except as required by law, our services and this site are provided without other warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
